Khumalo has had a difficult four years since signing for Spurs having been sent out on five different loan spells and never making an appearance in the premier league for the North London Club.
His most recent spell was half a season at Football League One side Colchester United where he made 10 appearances as the club managed to avoid relegation by a meagre two-points.
Football League One is the third tier of English football.
Binkin clarified his situation to Sport24 saying that they haven’t ruled out anywhere in Europe or Great Britain but a return to South Africa is not on the cards.
“He’s still on contract at Spurs until the 30th of June, and then he becomes a free agent,” said Binkin.
“We looking at a number of options at the moment. He won’t be back in the PSL.”
