Khumalo looking at options - agent

Cape Town - After struggling to find a suitable club in England over the past few seasons, Bongani Khumalo might cast his net wider to secure a deal that suits him.

Khumalo is currently a free agent after his contract with Tottenham Hotspur ended recently and his representative, Glyn Binkin, has informed Sport24 that the defender is happy to go anywhere in the world.

“We’re looking at all options from all around the world, whether that be in China or Asia or the UAE,” Binkin said to drive home the point that Khumalo is not just looking at English clubs.

Khumalo enjoyed what was probably his best spell of football since leaving South African shores when he played in Greece for PAOK.

A move to a similar type of league might be just what is needed to revive the former Bafana Bafana captain’s career.
