The 22-year-old joined Matsatsantsa on a two-and-a-half-year deal in the January transfer period, and got his first run out for the club in their Multichoice Diski Challenge quarter-final win over Platinum Stars.

And, ahead of United's Premiership encounter against Free State Stars next week, Igesund has promised the fans something special from their new signing.

"I think he's going to take this league by storm," said the former Bafana Bafana boss.

"He's a very exciting player, who [the fans] will very, very shortly get to see."
