Hunt hails 'magnificent' Wits

Cape Town - Bidvest Wits head coach Gavin Hunt was full of praise for his side after they registered a 0-0 draw with Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.

The Clever Boys emerged with a point from the encounter at Loftus Stadium, with Hunt more than happy to walk away with a draw.

"I thought we were magnificent," said Hunt. "We restricted the home side, which was them, to one strike at goal of Pelembe at the end.

"I thought we had the better chances. I thought we had the ball more, and we were maginificent I thought."

The result leaves Wits in third spot in the Premiership standings, level on points with Sundowns and 10 off the pace set by league leaders Kaizer Chiefs.
