Kaizer Chiefs are fresh off their MTN8 triumph after beating Orlando Pirates 1-0 in Durban. Amakhosi also find themselves on a 10 match winning streak and it is inevitable that the Naturena side would want to turn it into an 11 match unbeaten run.

According to KickOff, the striker knows that back to back games against Chiefs won’t be easy but it will motivate players even more knowing that they are playing such a quality side.

“It is a draw I was expecting to get Kaizer Chiefs. I’m not even shocked about the draw because it was on my mind that we will get them.”

“For me it is good to play them because it is games which players don't need to be motivated.”

United face Chiefs on Saturday, September 27 at the FNB Stadium in the Absa Premiership and the following weekend go head-to-head in the Telkom Knockout.

Hartog reveals that the PSL is a priority so all their focus will be on climbing the log as they find themselves in sixth position with nine points having won two, drawing one and losing three matches.

Their league encounter against Amakhosi kicks off at 20:15.
