Graham wary of Ajax losing focus

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town skipper Travis Graham admits it will be a challenge to remain focused on their league campaign ahead of the MTN8 final.

The Urban Warriors will take on Kaizer Chiefs in the final showdown set for the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday, September 19.

Roger de Sa's men will undoubtedly be the underdogs against the Soweto juggernauts, who clinched the league crown and MTN8 cup last term.

"The final is just under a month away. The boys are truly excited but we have to focus on the league for now. We have to be careful of losing focus," Graham told Soccer Laduma.

"We have to have our minds on the next game, not the final three-weeks away, but you can't control everything that surrounds it.

"People stopped us at the airport on Monday morning to warn us that Kaizer Chiefs are waiting for us.

"It is going to be a long build-up and a possible distraction. People will force it into our minds and our faces. We will have to deal with it professionally."
