Graham lauds home support

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town captain Travis Graham is already relishing their next home game despite playing away to Polokwane City.

After the Urban Warriors won PSL champions Mamelodi Sundowns in a tight encounter at Cape Town Stadium, Graham reveals that the team effort that they put in was exceptional.

“It's an amazing feeling and it was a wonderful experience for me,” Graham said on the clubs website

“I think the team did well. Being captain was just amazing, the coach made me feel like I’m one of the guy’s that should be responsible for the team and I thank him for believing in me and also the players for being by my side. I think the team did well, we played as a team and not as individuals.”

“Yeah, I’m very excited for the next home game,” said Graham.

“Every player wants to get Man of The Match in every match.”

“I think the fans also played a huge role in our first home game, so we would like to get more of them coming in and supporting us because, they will be the 12th player and that’s a big advantage for us when we play at home.”
