Graham continues to learn

Cape Town - Travis Graham admits that he thought the PSL was easy until he was promoted to the Ajax Cape Town first team.

According to Soccer Laduma, Graham has taken over the captaincy in the absence of Dominic Isaacs who has only recently returned from injury.

“Well there was an opportunity offered to me and I took it with both hands. I have been captain in my younger days so I know what it takes to be captain,” said Graham.

The midfielder revealed that coach Roger de Sa and CEO, Ari Estathiou, along with his team-mates, have made the switch much more bearable.

He admits that there is still much to learn as the season goes on and relishes the prospect of getting better.

“I have learnt a lot since I first got promoted. When I was playing in the Vodacom league with Ajax, I thought the PSL was going to be easy but it is actually very tough.”
