Gaxa targets more silverware

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs defender Siboniso Gaxa says he is happy with what he has achieved with the club but insists he is still hungry to win more trophies.

The fullback has won four trophies in three years since joining Amakhosi from Belgian club Lierse SK in 2012.

While Gaxa is happy with his achievements so far, he revealed he joined Chiefs to win trophies and is ready to push for more this season.

"My main focus was to win trophies. I have won two major trophies in three years. It's not easy to win any championship. I have also won two trophies in the Nedbank Cup and the MTN8," he told Soccer Laduma.

"I believed in the team vision. I knew Stuart [Baxter] before and the players they signed and the players they wanted at the time, so I knew there was something they wanted here.

"For me I still want to win more, but I am grateful and I am well aware that I have achieved a lot with this club."
