Rustenburg - Outgoing Platinum Stars coach Allan Freese is confident that his former team will survive the 2014/15 Absa Premiership relegation battle.

Stars are currently fourth from bottom and are separated by two points from fellow strugglers Moroka Swallows and Free State Stars, with a game in hand.

Freese, 58, told Sport24 in an exclusive interview on Friday that Dikwena will be competing in top flight football next season.
