Freese: From bad to worse

Cape Town - Allan Freese admits that Kaizer Chiefs’ opening goal took things from bad to worse for Platinum Stars in the MTN8 semi-final.

According to Soccer Laduma, Freese reveals that George Maluleka’s goal deterred their game plan.

“We came here not to concede early or first, but that didn’t happen,” said the Dikwena coach.

“Our game plan was to put them under pressure and to try to score early which didn’t happen.

Stars face Chiefs again on Wednesday, August 27 in their midweek PSL encounter and Freese declared that they will have to go back to the drawing board before round three against Amakhosi.
