The Bucs winger insists that despite taking a comfortable advantage to the second leg match at home in Orlando he knows that football can be unpredictable sometimes.

“Football is unpredictable - we cannot say because we have this nice lead we have the tie wrapped up; of course, it will be very difficult for Wits to keep us quiet in Orlando, but we will have to work very hard,” Klate said on the Orlando Pirates website.

“I still think the second leg will be harder; we will have to maintain the same consistency and play our normal game.”

“Wits have nothing to lose now - they will bring the game to us, so we must be very well prepared.”

“Playing in Orlando will be different for us. We could not play football here (at Bidvest Stadium) in the first half and that was a big problem.”

“We pushed forward nicely and the few chances we got in the second half we made them count – that was really nice.”

The Buccaneers will now shift their focus to the ABSA Premiership as they welcome AmaZulu to the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday, August 20. Kick-off is set for 19:30.
