The Burundi international has reportedly attracted the interest of clubs across the country, including the Buccaneers.
However, the 24-year-old claims there have been no talks between him and Pirates and is adamant he has a big future with the Students.
"The news that I might join Pirates is not true, they are just rumours. They haven't talked to me," he told goal.com.
"At the moment, I am focused on my future with Wits, and I still have two more years at the club."
Faty only featured twice for the Clever Boys this season after recovering from a knee injury that kept him on the sidelines for most of the campaign, and he says his main aim right now is to get fit.
"At the moment I'm working hard to get into shape. I am pushing and working hard to get back, and I want to improve.”
