Cape Town – Orlando Pirates forward Kermit Erasmus says that the Buccaneers need to focus on the PSL as well as other Cup tournaments.

According to Soccer Laduma, Erasmus acknowledges that it is a good thing that they have qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup final but they can’t allow themselves to lose focus on domestic competitions.

“It's good we have reached the finals in the Confederation Cup but there is still a lot to do to achieve many things as a team,” Erasmus said.

“We also need to do well at home and win games. We have to fight for trophies at home and if we can win against Tuks then it will be great.

“We have to qualify for the next round and take it from there. We still have a lot to do at home.”

Meanwhile, Pirates will shift their focus to the Telkom Knockout where they face the University of Pretoria on Friday, October 16.

Kick-off is at 20:00.
