The Ghanaian scored AmaZayoni's second goal of the encounter, when he headed home to restore his side's lead just before half-time.
Adusei said that he was happy to add a goal to what had been a "good week", after he was called up to the Black Stars squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
"The feeling is sweet but most importantly the three points was the most important thing," Edusei said to Ghana Soccernet.
"I have been here for a couple of months and things are getting on well.
"I have had a good week and it was really nice to crown it off from international break with a goal that helped my team take all three points."
