Speaking to Sundowns’ official website, Ejike claims that the Chloorkop side has some of the best young talent aligned with Pitso Mosimane’s ambitiousness.
“Sundowns have all the talent one can imagine and are on their way to be the best team in Africa,” said the 26-year-old.
“There is a good combination of talented youngsters and remarkable experienced players.”
“Plus Pitso Mosimane is an ambitious coach, who is never satisfied with local honours. He wants to conquer Africa and the team seems to be of the same view, which is very good for a big team like Sundowns.”
The Nigerian international adds that he is adapting well at Chloorkop and wants to work harder to help the team in the PSL and in the Champions League.
“I have always been a hardworking player, whether at training or during a match and when I joined Sundowns I knew I had to work hard to break into the team due to the talent on offer at the club”
“There’s a whole lot more to play for which means everyone will get an opportunity to play, whether locally or in the Champions league and I want to contribute to both”
