According to the clubs official website, the Chloorkop side dispatched their director of football, Mike Ntombela, to the island nation to ensure all is what they have been told ahead of their clash on February 14.

Ntombela’s brief from the technical team was to look at matters like accommodation, facilities, transport, and to look at the stadium where the match will be taking place.

He also met with, and held discussions with officials from the local football association.

Overall, he reported positively - and now the team prepares with full information at their disposal.

The Seychelles champions will visit South Africa on March 28. This game will be played at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville, but the South African champions want to make sure that they take an advantage into the second leg.

”Before a game of this magnitude, we have to make sure as a club that everything is in order,” Ntombela said.

“I went there to check on transportation, accommodation, facilities and most importantly the ground that we will be playing our game on.”

Sundowns travel to Durban on Thursday, and will be continuing with their mid-season plans there and return to Bloemfontein for a friendly against Bloemfontein Celtic before returning to Pretoria.
