Chiefs mathematically secured the league title with a 4-1 win over Polokwane City last week, their fourth successive victory.
The Soweto side has claimed 29 points from 13 away matches this season.
Their remaining league opponents are Bidvest Wits (home) and Chippa United (away).
The Amakhosi are placed first on the Absa Premiership log with 63 points from 27 matches.
In head-to-head stats, Sundowns and Chiefs have met in 59 league matches since 1985.
The Amakhosi have 24 wins compared to 18 for the Brazilians, while 17 matches have been drawn.
Sundowns have won 13 of their 29 home matches against Chiefs, suffering eight defeats in the process.
When the teams met earlier this season, they played out a 1-1 draw in Soweto thanks to goals from Lebese and Modise.
