Wits keen on Chapman swap deal

Johannesburg - Bidvest Wits and SuperSport United could swap Ryan Champman for Sameehg Doutie in a proposed season-long loan deal.

According to Soccer Laduma, Matstatsansta have been chasing Ryan Chapman's signature for some time and this deal looks set to go ahead after reports suggest both parties are interested in the swap deal.  

Doutie has spent time playing under the guidance of Wits coach Gavin Hunt and his former mentor is now looking to bring Doutie into the set up at Wits. Hunt is a known admirer of the midfielder.

Meanwhile, Wits are set to take on Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 Cup on Saturday, August 23 at 20:15.

Wits go into the match will a two goal deficit and will be looking for a fast start into order to try make the final.
