Double blow for Bucs

Cape Town - Orlando Pirates have made the trip to Kwazulu-Natal for an Absa Premiership clash without the services of injured duo Daine Klate and Kermit Erasmus.

Roger de Sa’s charges will lock horns with Clinton Larsen’s Maritzburg United at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Wednesday night.

De Sa revealed that although the two players will miss the match, he'll give new players a chance to help the team bag maximum points.

“Klate and Erasmus didn’t make the team, but we have other guys who will come in to do the job,” De Sa told Pirates’ official website.

The Buccaneers will be highly motivated following their 2-1 Telkom Knockout semi-final victory over SuperSport United last Saturday.

The Team of Choice are coming off a 2-1 defeat by Golden Arrows in the KZN derby last weekend.

Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30.
