Dolly signs on at Ajax CT

Johannesburg - Ajax Cape Town midfielder Keagan Dolly has signed a new three-year deal with the Premier Soccer League club.

According to the Football411 website, the 20-year-old, who honed his skills at Westbury Arsenal and the School of Excellence, burst onto the South African soccer scene for the Urban Warriors with a goal on his home debut against Platinum Stars in August of 2012 after failing to break into the Mamelodi Sundowns first team.

He had played for the Ajax reserves in 2011 before making the transition last year.

A brief statement on the Ajax website read: "Keagan's contract was due to expire in June 2012 however despite not making the starting line-up in the closing months of the 2012/13 season; the player impressed enough to secure a three-year deal with the Urban Warriors."
