Dolly is currently in camp the national under-23 side as Owen Da Gama’s men prepare for their upcoming friendlies against Egypt.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder spoke to Sport24 about the national squad that is currently preparing for their upcoming Olympic Games qualifiers.
“Obviously it’s a privilege to represent your country. I’m happy to be part of this team, it’s a very strong team and everything is going well in camp,” he said.
“It’s always easier when you know the players and are comfortable around them. I know the Ajax guys and a couple of other players that I’ve played against so everything is going smooth and I can’t wait or the friendly.
“I’ve never played against Egypt so I’m quite excited about that.”
The ex-Ajax man spared a minute to talk about his former Urban Warriors teammate, Riyaad Norodien.
“Norodien is one of a kind. He’s not scared of anything, he plays with freedom and it’s working for him.”
Both Norodien and Dolly look likely to secure a starting spot against the North African side on Thursday in Durban.
