The attacking midfielder worked his way through the youth ranks at Sundowns before moving to Ajax Cape Town where he made his professional debut.

Dolly was awarded the PSL Young Player of the Season Award for his efforts in the 2013/14 campaign.

He signed on at Sundowns at the end of that season but was loaned back to the Urban Warriors in order to continue his development.

Dolly spoke to Sport24 about his disappointment at missing the Nedbank Cup Final against the Brazilians last month but also remarked on his excitement to work with Pitso Mosimane.

“It was very disappointing for me not to be part of the team.

“I thought I would get a run because it was gonna be my last game for Ajax.

“I was willing to give my best so that I could win a trophy before I left Cape Town.

“I’m just focused on my next challenge which is to get into the team at Sundowns.

“I am quite excited to work with him (Pitso). He looks like a positive coach, very ambitious.”
