Dikwena promised TKO bonuses

Cape Town - Platinum Stars' players and staff have been promised a portion of the R4.25m Telkom Knockout prize money, should they beat SuperSport United in Saturday's final.

PSL: Our pick of the pile

Dikwena will look to successfully defend the Ziwa Mo crown they won last season when they lock horns with Matsatsantsa in the 2014 showpiece at the Orlando Stadium this weekend.

And, besides the usual bonuses associated with earning cup victories, the Rustenburg giants have looked to add even more incentive for their players to do the business against SuperSport.

"As policy, bonus payments to staff members, including playing personal, technical and support staff, unless contractual are at the discretion of the team," Stars chairman Ratanang Nke told Kick Off.

"However, going into this most important fixture of the season so far, the team will incentivise its staff with a percentage of the prize money."

Kick-off is at 15:00.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
