De Sa: Wits are formidable foes

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town head coach Roger De Sa stressed that it will be yet another challenging match against Bidvest Wits when they clash in their Absa Premiership opener.

De Sa told Sport24 that Wits are well structured team that have been assembled to challenge and win this season's title.

The Urban Warriors mentor also said that although it will be a difficult match, he can’t wait to see what his youthful team will display on the field. He showed confidence in them and has no doubt they will play to the best of their ability.

“Well it’s obviously going to be a challenging match,” De Sa said.

We are playing against a team (Wits) that’s been put together to win the title you know.

They’ve brought in a lot of players and they’ve obviously put in a lot of money.

We are expecting a very difficult match for sure.”

“We're looking forward to the young boys from the academy you know. There are a lot of them.

There are really talented. It will be very challenging for them, but every game is challenging you know.

We really need to work with what we have.”

The Urban Warriors will take on Bidvest Wits on Saturday at the Bidvest Stadium.

Kick-off is at 20:15.
