The Buccaneers will clash against their Pretoria rivals at the Orlando Stadium.
After a slow start to the current domestic campaign, the Sea Robbers registered three consecutive triumphs towards the end of last year.
Speaking exclusively to Sport24 on Friday, the 49-year-old tactician revealed how the preparations are going for this weekend's match.
“The preparations for the game are going great after having a nice rest,” De Sa said.
“The boys are working hard at training which is very good for us and we are ready to go."
The former Bidvest Wits mentor also dismissed the idea of continuity as far as the starting line-up is concerned, stating that this is a different year.
“I can’t say I will stick to the players who won the last three matches before we close because that was a long time ago you know.”
“RDS” also revealed that he is unaware that his team had signed the unsettled Kaizer Chiefs striker Lehlohonolo Majoro.
Although Majoro was rumoured on Thursday to have signed for Pirates, De Sa said the club is yet to inform him about it.
“I also heard the same rumours yesterday just like anyone else,’’ He laughed.
“Nobody at the club informed me about that but I'll just wait and see what happens but as for me I don’t know anything about it,” he added.
After their eight games played, Pirates are currently occupy 11th spot in the standings with 16 points, while United are in sixth spot after 13 games.
Kick-off for Saturday’s encounter is scheduled for 15:30.
