Davids becomes a player agent

Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town announced the departure of Lance Davids with his retirement intention already well known – Sport24 spoke to him about his future prospects.

Davids has moved on quickly from professional football and is looking to move into the industry of sports management where he will work with Rob Moore as a player’s agent.

“It is my last week in South Africa,” he revealed.

“I am going to Belgium to partner with Rob Moore.

“I studied sports management and graduated last year so I am joining a successful person like Rob Moore and I will build my contacts and take it from there.”

Moore is the agent of Steven Pienaar and Benni McCarthy as well as a number of high profile players in Europe.
