Coundoul signs for Dikwena

Footage of a man prowling outside the Magistrate's Court in Ga-Rankuwa has caught the attention of thousands of people on Facebook.

The Tshwane North man who published the video on Facebook told News24 he heard screams outside the court and rushed outside to see what was going on.

"It was either on Tuesday or Wednesday," he said. "The taxi drivers were screaming and stuff."
