Vermezovic was a happy man after Kermit Erasmus’ double and Majoro’s lone goal gave Orlando Pirates a 3-0 win against Mamelodi Sundowns in their midweek PSL encounter.
“Major (Majoro) did a good job, said the Bucs coach to the Pirates website.
“I am satisfied with the way he came in the game; he scored the goal that gave us a good victory.”
“Like I said before, the competition must be like this.”
“We won the match and I am satisfied with the points.”
“The result could be different; there was a lot of opportunities for both teams and maybe the 3-0 is a high score, but it is okay; it was more important to come here and win the match.”
The Serbian coach admits that his side could even go one better in terms of their performance as he hopes his side can keep this form throughout the season.
The Buccaneers next face a trip to the Peter Mokaba Stadium for their PSL clash with Polokwane City on Saturday, August 30 at 15:00.
