Cape Town - Bidvest Wits right-back Nazeer Allie says both teams will be coming back from a loss and will be aiming for a comeback ahead of the match against Maritzburg United.
Allie, who previously played for Ajax Cape Town, said that they are looking for a positive result and trusts that the line-up, coach Gavin Hunt will select will dominate and give Wits the necessary comeback.
"Obviously both sides just came from a loss so it will be challenging because each side is gunning for a win and a recovery,” he told Sport24.
"We want a positive result for ourselves more than anything, which is what is important here.
"We have a lot of quality players but our defence needs to be looking strong to dominate the field and block any goals from Maritzburg’s side.
"We always aim for a comeback in every match no matter the outcome.
"I don’t know who coach will put in the line-up but we should be looking good.
"He always makes the right choices, we just have to go out there and play."
Bidvest Wits will take on The Team of Choice at the Bidvest stadium on Wednesday, August 26.
Kick-off is at 19:30.
