Cape Town - Chris Matombo and Zitha Macheke will go on loan with Chippa United next season.
“We want them to get game time and exposure,” said Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager Bobby Motaung on the Kaizer Chiefs website.
Matombo and Macheke didn’t feature in an official first team game last season, but both have a bright future ahead of them.
Macheke is a 21-year-old defender, while Matombo, 21, is a midfielder.
“They need to play to gain experience. Like Lucky Baloyi, who went on loan to Moroka Swallows last season, even captaining the team.
“We are happy that Chippa came on board for both talents," explains Motaung about the one-year loan deal.
