Cape Town - It seems that Chippa United are set to give former Orlando Pirates and Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder, Mark Manyambela, a chance to revive his career in the PSL.

Sport24 have been informed that the two parties have held early discussions and the club appears to be willing to give Mayambela a chance to play in the Absa Premiership again.

“Indeed Manyambela and Chippa have been in discussion over handing the ‘Dribbling Wizard’ a chance to play in the PSL again and things look very promising,” the source said.

According to the source, Manyambela is also a player that will help the team improve its support base because of his playing style.

The midfielder is currently on the books of National First Division side, Royal Eagles, following a stint in Sweden with Djurgardens.

Chippa United boss, Chippa Mpangezi, last week told Sport24 that his team is in the market and will announce new players soon.
