The midfielder was hugely influential for Amakhosi last season and has continued to serve the club well in the current campaign.

'Yeye' has always stated his intent to stay at Naturena and Chiefs revealed in December that they would start talks over a new deal.

Football manager Bobby Motaung confirmed the news of Letsholonyane's extension late on Tuesday afternoon.

The Telkom Knockout champions have also extended Dominic Isaacs' stay with the club by another year with the option to renew while Arthur Bartman has also been handed a further 12 months with Chiefs.
