Johannesburg - Two Premier Soccer League matches involving giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates later this month have been moved, officials said on Friday.
According to supersport.com website, Chiefs’ fixture away at Bidvest Wits is moved forward 24 hours from Tuesday, September 25 to Monday, September 24 and the venue changed to the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit.
The game was originally set for Milpark in Johannesburg. The date has been changed in order to take advantage of Heritage Day with both clubs expecting a bumper crowd.
It will kick off at 18h00. Wits have scheduled several of their home matches there this season in an extension of their agreement with the Mbombela Municipality
Orlando Pirates’ home match with Ajax Cape Town at the Orlando Stadium has been moved forward too, from the Wednesday, September 26 to Tuesday September 25.
It will still be played at the Orlando Stadium and kick off at 19:30.
