Pretoria - Following their biggest win of the season, Bloemfontein Celtic spokesperson Sello Nduna says Phunya Sele Sele intends to continue with the same starting line up used over the weekend, against Polokwane City, when they face the University of Pretoria at the Tuks stadium on Wednesday.
Celtic thumped the struggling Rise and Shine 5-1 in an exciting PSL clash at the Kaizer Sebothelo stadium on Sunday.
Nduna confirmed to Sport24, in an exclusive interview on Wednesday, that the club have no injury worries heading to their next game against the University of Pretoria.
Nduna also revealed that the technical team did not want to tamper with the winning team, which is the reason behind their starting line up for tonight’s match.
"Preparations for tonight’s game went very well," Nduna told Sport24.
"The players are currently in Pretoria.
"And we have the full squad without injury worries.
"There won’t be any changes in the starting line up against AmaTuks.
"The technical team and the coach have decided not to tamper with the winning team that won 5-1 over Polokwane City on Sunday.
"But it will not be easy playing against AmaTuks because they have lost their weekend game and they will be hoping to make amends.
Celtic’s victory over City eased pressures on head coach Ernest Middendorp’s shoulders but Nduna hinted that it’s all about team work.
"A win over Polokwane City was morale booster for us as a team. It didn’t ease pressure on the coach only but to all of us as a team.
"We didn’t start well this season but now we have found the momentum.
Celtic starting line-up to face the University of Pretoria: Tignyemb, Fransman, Ndengane , Zuma , Ntanga, Nkausu, Bilankulu, Mulenga , Nyatama, Cloete, Lamola.
Kick-off is scheduled for 19:30
