Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic head coach Clinton Larsen has revealed the club is targeting a top-four finish after thrashing AmaZulu 3-0 at Free State Stadium on Sunday.

Siwelele are unbeaten in the Absa Premiership in the New Year and Larsen is confident that, despite a slow start to the season, the club can achieve its aim of finishing in the top four.

"Our ambition has always been finishing in the top four as I said before," Larsen told KickOff.

"We have set our sights very high and we want to break new records.

"We had a slow start in the league this season but hopefully we will achieve our targets of finishing the season in a top-four position."

Larsen believes Celtic's good start to 2015 is down to allowing his players the freedom to express themselves on the pitch.

"There is no secret except giving them freedom," Larsen said.

"We are giving them freedom to express themselves on the field of play and nothing else.

"I hope they continue doing well, progress and remain injury-free."

Celtic still have a lot of work to do to break into the top four. The club is currently seventh in the Absa Premiership table, eight points behind Orlando Pirates in fourth.
