Bucs stars out of Ajax clash

2012-04-24 10:56

Johannesburg - Orlando Pirates will be without star central midfielders Andile Jali and Oupa Manyisa for Friday's trip to Ajax Cape Town.

The Bafana Bafana team-mates are suspended after each earning a third yellow card in Saturday's goalless draw with Bidvest Wits.

Africa Nations Cup winner Isaac Chansa and fresh recruit Thandani Ntshumayelo are expected to fill the void against the seventh-placed Urban Warriors.

Bucs, the defending Premiership champions, are two points ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns at the summit with four games left.

Augusto Palacios's men are seeking to emulate last season's treble-winning heroics, having claimed MTN8 and Telkom Knockout honours this term.
