Bucs delay Majoro debut

Johannesburg - Newly-signed striker Lehlohonolo Majoro has not been included into Orlando Pirates' squad to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the PSL on Tuesday night.

According to the Soccer Laduma website, Pirates' media manager, Mickey Modisane confirmed the news, citing that because his move was finalised a little over 24 hours ago, that it would be too soon to make him available for competitive action.

Modisane went onto say that the technical staff has not met with the Bafana Bafana striker as he has not trained with the squad since his arrival at Mayfair.

Majoro has been out of action since late November, with his last appearance for the Amakhosi coming in their 4-1 PSL win over Polokwane City.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
