Brockie talks up big season for SuperSport

Cape Town - SuperSport United striker Jeremy Brockie insisted that the 2015/16 season will be one to remember for his team.

Brockie said that Gordon Igesund secured the services of some quality players, who are all exceptionally talented.

“This season is going to be a season to remember for us,” he told Sport24.

“Coach Gordon has brought in some really good players, seasoned and new and really impressed with the young boys who are coming up nicely.

“I am looking forward to what we have to offer as a team.

The New Zealand forward added that the former Bafana Bafana mentor has a great philosophy and knows that he has the team’s best interests at heart.

“Our coach really has a great philosophy and he knows what’s best for the team and we all have immense respect for him.

“I hope the new players really adapt well, which is actually looking good and they are all settling nicely and I am certain we have a strong team to contend for the league’s title.

“We have to work on those points and settle some scores.”
