Cape Town - SuperSport United striker Jeremy Brockie has sung the praises of new teammate Dean Furman who recently penned a two-year deal with the Matsantsatsa.
Brockie said that the former Doncaster Rovers man has the qualities of a great
leader which is something the team lacked in last season and added that he is a
great communicator with everyone involved in the club.
The New Zealander expressed his joy with Furman and said that he is grateful to have him board and admires they way he is always willing to help the youngsters of the team.
“Dean is a very good player, on and off the pitch,” he told Sport24.
“He has the leadership skills that we might have lacked in the team last season and he is a great communicator.
“He is really helpful in the team and it’s really great having him on board and he is always willing to give the young guys a few tips during training.
“Dean is a great inspiration for sure,” he concluded.
