Bookies predict 3-team PSL race

Cape Town - The 2015/16 Absa Premiership title race will be a three-team affair if bookmakers are to be believed...

Defending champions Kaizer Chiefs narrowly top the odds at 13/10, marginally ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns (2/1) and Orlando Pirates (5/2).

Bidvest Wits are the 'best of the rest' at 16/1, followed by SuperSport United (22/1) and Ajax Cape Town (40/1), according to SA bookies Sportingbet.

The 2015/16 PSL season kicks off on Saturday, August 8.

Free State Stars v Black Aces - 15:00
Polokwane City v Bloemfontein Celtic - 15:00
Wits v Ajax Cape Town - 20:15
Platinum Stars v Mamelodi Sundowns - 20:15

Sunday, August 9

Golden Arrows v University of Pretoria - 15:00
Chippa United v Kaizer Chiefs - 15:00

Monday, August 10

Maritzburg United v Jomo Cosmos - 17:00
