Baxter expects tough Stars test

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter is expecting nothing less than "another big battle" when his side host Platinum Stars on Tuesday.

Amakhosi look on course to shatter more than a few Premiership records this term after Saturday's 2-0 Soweto Derby win over Orlando Pirates took them 13 points clear at the top following a run of 14 top-flight matches without defeat.

The Glamour Boys are next in action against a Dikwena outfit who sit outside the relegation zone only on goal difference, although Baxter believes that fact will make the Rustenburg side even more determined to get a positive result this week.

"We have to do things right to overcome Stars," the coach told Chiefs' official website. "Stars will be looking at this game to return to their confidence.

"We will have to deal with their usual competitive spirit and they will be looking at getting back to their winning ways.

"We have won a battle against Orlando Pirates on Saturday, beating them 2-0, but this is another big battle. Stars will not need any motivation when they play against us. They are a good team and play good football."

Baxter went on to confirm he has a fully fit squad to choose from, save for Kgotso Moleko.

He said: "I have options to rotate the team. But we will not make changes that will affect the way we play. All the players except for Kgotso Moleko are available for selection."
