Arrows dismiss Nale link

Cape Town - Out of contract striker Abia Nale will not be joining newly promoted PSL side Golden Arrows as reports were rejected that the player was training with the team.

Golden Arrows coach Serame Letsoaka has brushed off reports that his team is assessing striker Abia Nale.

“There is no Abia Nale training with us and we are not signing such a player,” Letsoaka told Sport24.

The former Golden Arrows player was among a group of players released by Mpumalanga Black Aces following the arrival of Muhsin Etugral as their new coach.

Nale's career appears at a crossroads after failing to impress various teams in recent seasons.

Signed by Kaizer Chiefs in 2009 from Arrows, Nale spent the last two season on loan at Ajax Cape Town and Mpumalanga Black Aces respectively.
