AmaZulu have yet to claim a win this season and suffered a fourth defeat when they were beaten 2-0 away to Bidvest Wits in their last outing.

The Durban side has claimed one point from two home matches this season under the guidance of Craig Rosslee who has since been sacked from the club.

Their next three league opponents are Free State Stars (away), Black Aces and Kaizer Chiefs (home) with Wilfred Mugeyi to continue his caretaker coach position.

Usuthu are placed 16th on the Absa Premiership log with three points from seven matches.

Chippa racked up a second successive league victory when they defeated Orlando Pirates 1-0 at home in their last outing.

The Eastern Cape side has claimed three points from as many away matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are Mamelodi Sundowns (home), Polokwane City (away) and Bidvest Wits (home).

The Chilli Boys are placed seventh on the Absa Premiership log with 10 points from seven matches.

In head-to-head stats, AmaZulu and Chippa have met in just two previous league matches.

Both of those encounters took place in the 2012/13 season. The Chilli Boys took four points off Usuthu, drawing 1-1 in Cape Town before winning 2-1 away in Durban.

Match is scheduled to start at 18:00 on Saturday, October 18.
