According to the Urban Warriors' website, Roger de Sa’s side are looking upbeat in training ahead of their clash, following only their second loss to the season at the hands of log leaders Kaizer Chiefs.
Although Ajax controlled proceedings for majority of the match against Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday, it was Amakhosi who came out on top and left with all three points. Chiefs kept their winning streak intact thanks to Tefu Mashamaite's winning goal early in the second half, which was enough to see them collect all three points.
The Urban Warriors were back at work this week, keeping to a hard-working training regime this week.
de Sa's young side are looking ahead to the Platinum Stars match as they go in search of a vital PSL win and a return to winning ways.
A relatively clean bill of health means Ajax are able to correct things almost immediately as they host Stars at the Cape Town Stadium.
The match is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 22 at Cape Town Stadium. Kick-off is at 19:00.
