Johannesburg - Amateur outfit Tembu Royals will square up against premiership-side Maritzburg United, while fellow giant killers Maluti FET College are up against National First Division (NFD) team African Warriors in the second round of the Nedbank Cup.
Royals defeated top-flight strugglers AmaZulu in their last 32 clash at the weekend, while Maluti dumped Soweto giants Orlando Pirates from the competition in the biggest shock of the opening round.
Meanwhile, title-holders SuperSport United will square up against NFD team Vasco da Gama, it was confirmed at the draw in Johannesburg on Thursday.
In top-flight clashes, Black Leopards will host Platinum Stars, Mamelodi Sundowns are at home to Golden Arrows, and Free State Stars face Bloemfontein Celtic.
Kaizer Chiefs will play at home against NFD outfit Polokwane City, while Jomo Cosmos host fellow NFD team United FC.
The Premier Soccer League said dates and venues would be announced at a later stage.
