The Premier Soccer League announced on Wednesday that Soweto's Orlando Stadium will stage the 2011/2012 Nedbank Cup final on 26 May 2012.
For the first time, the Nedbank Cup final will be played at night with the kick-off scheduled for 20h15.
This will be the second final to be played at the refurbished Orlando Stadium - a venue traditionally referred to as the spiritual home of South African football.
PSL CEO Stan Matthews said: "As the league, we are excited about this game going to Orlando Stadium. The last time we had a final there back in 2009/2010 season, the support from the fans was phenomenal and overwhelming.
"This year, we are aiming for a similar if not better experience. We want to make this final not just a football festival, but a memorable event that will be value for money for the fans who will be coming to watch the final. It's important for the football family to book their tickets early."
The semi-finals will take place this weekend, with Mamelodi Sundowns entertaining Free State Stars on Saturday, while AmaZulu will visit SuperSport United the following day.
