Masilela geared up for final

Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs defender, Tsepo Masilela sasy he and his teammates are geared up for the Nedbank Cup final against SuperSport United at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on May 25.

According to Kaizer Chief's website, Masilela, who has been a consistent performer for the title-winning Phefeni Glamour Boys this season, says he looks forward to his first appearance in a domestic cup final.

"I will be playing in my first domestic final and I am excited about it. It has always been my dream growing up to play in such games. It is a very important game for the club and we want to give a good account for ourselves."

Masilela reiterated that Kaizer Chiefs will not let their league success influence the team's performance against SuperSport.

"It will be a different ball game on Saturday. We are professionals and we just have to go out and do what is expected of us. He added that he has enjoyed each and every moment on the pitch in the gold and black.

“It has been a wonderful experience for me winning a league title in my first season after coming back from Europe," Masilela added.

Kick-off for the Nedbank Cup final is scheduled for 15:00 (CAT).
