The New York Times has reported that investigations into football's governing body saw several more members arrested on Thursday morning, after raids at a Zurich hotel.

Although no names have been mentioned, FIFA have reportedly stated that they would co-operate with the authorities, but did not comment on the new actions taken against them.

According to reports, Swiss police entered the Baur au Lac Hotel at 6.00am on Thursday morning, with hotel guests being asked to leave due to the situation.

FIFA officials are currently under investigation on corruption charges that include racketeering, money laundering and fraud.
