Madrid midfielder Isco believes his team have the capabilities to win
the Spanish La Liga and defend their Champions League crown this season.
Los Blancos are currently leading the standings on the league table,
two points ahead of Barcelona with a game in hand, and are through to
the quarterfinals of the Champions League, where they will meet Bayern
Spain international Isco feels they have the squad to win their first
league title since the 2011/12 season while they would also be the
first club to retain the Champions League trophy in the modern era.
Isco said, via Marca: "We are going through a very good moment in the
season and have the chance to achieve our goals. We have the squad to
win both tournaments.
"This team is accustomed to playing matches against difficult
opponents and being aware of what is at stake, we will never lack
"There is a great desire to bring titles to our fans and bring them a lot of joy by doing so."
